Travel Health Service for Our Patients
This service is provided weekly at the surgery
- You should contact your surgery for your 1st appointment 8 weeks before departure.
- To make an appointment call the surgery.
- Complete our travel form before attending the appointment (one submisson per traveller)
If we cannot offer you an appointment due to the demand in service or you do not have enough time before travel, we will advise you to seek private advice and vaccination.

Vaccinations for travel that are available on the NHS include:
- Polio
- Typhoid
- Hepatitis A
- Cholera

That would be great...but please remember we do not have last minute appointments.
